5. Learner Conduct Policy
Learners are expected to behave in a professional, respectful, and responsible manner at all times.
Learners must:

Failure to meet these expectations may result in removal from training without refund.

7. Certification Policy
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of training and demonstration of required competency.
Learners must:
- Attend the full course

Certificates may be withheld if competency standards are not met.
8. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Course bookings are subject to the following terms:
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Course dates may be rescheduled subject to availability
- No refunds are issued for non-attendance
In exceptional circumstances, requests may be reviewed at the discretion of the academy.
9. Scope of Practice Policy
Training is delivered within clearly defined scope-of-practice boundaries.
- Non-medical learners are trained only in treatments appropriate to their qualification level
- Injectable training is restricted to qualified medical professionals
Learners are responsible for working within their own professional and insurance limitations after training.
